Ma parliamo di cose serie, cosa visitare in questa città?

British Museum:

The British Museum is one of the largest and most important museums in the history of the world. It was founded in 1753 by Sir Hans Sloane, a physician and scientist who collected a literary and artistic heritage in its original core: the library of Montague House in London, later purchased by the British State for twenty thousand pounds and open to the public on January 15, 1759. The current president is Sir John Boyd.

Il British Museum è uno dei più grandi e importanti musei della storia del mondo. È stato fondato nel 1753 da Sir Hans Sloane,un medico e scienziato che ha collezionato un patrimonio letterario e artistico nel suo nucleo originario: la biblioteca di Montague House a Londra, in seguito acquistata dallo Stato britannico per ventimila sterline e aperta al pubblico il 15 gennaio 1759. 

L'attuale presidente è Sir John Boyd.

Westminster: 

The collegiate church of St. Peter in Westminster at Westminster Abbey, for synecdoche with the same name of the latter, is the most important Anglican place of worship in London after the cathedral of St. Paul, home to the coronations of the kings of England and burial of important people.

La collegiata di San Pietro in Westminster presso l'abbazia di Westminster, per sineddoche con lo stesso nome di quest'ultima, è il più importante luogo di culto anglicano di Londra dopo la cattedrale di San Paolo, sede delle incoronazioni dei sovrani d'Inghilterra e di sepoltura di personaggi importanti.

Big Ben:

Big Ben is the nickname of the largest bell in the clock tower at the northeast corner of the palace of Westminster, also known as the House of Parliament, in London.

Big Ben è il soprannome della campana più grande della torre dell'orologio all'angolo nord-est del palazzo di Westminster, conosciuto anche come House of Parliament, a Londra.

Buckingham Palace:

Buckingham Palace, located in the City of Westminster in London, is the official residence of the sovereign of the United Kingdom. The expression Buckingham Palace or simply The Palace has become common to express everything that regards the environments of the Court and of the royal family.

Buckingham Palace, situato nella Città di Westminster a Londra, è la residenza ufficiale del sovrano del Regno Unito. L'espressione Buckingham Palace o semplicemente The Palace è diventata comune per esprimere tutto quanto ciò che riguarda gli ambienti della Corte e della famiglia reale.

Tower Bridge:

Tower Bridge is a London bridge, located on the River Thames. It connects the villages of Southwark and Tower Hamlets, near the Tower of London, from which it takes its name.

Il Tower Bridge è un ponte mobile di Londra, situato sul fiume Tamigi. Collega i borghi di Southwark e di Tower Hamlets, nei pressi della Torre di Londra, da cui prende il nome.

Piccadilly Circus:

Piccadilly Circus is a road junction and public space of London's West End in the City of Westminster. It was built in 1819 to connect Regent Street with Piccadilly. In this context, a circus, from the Latin word meaning "circle", is a round open space at a street junction.

Piccadilly Circus è un incrocio e uno spazio pubblico del West End di Londra nella città di Westminster. Fu costruito nel 1819 per collegare Regent Street con Piccadilly. In questo contesto, un circo, dalla parola latina che significa "cerchio", è uno spazio aperto rotondo in un incrocio stradale.

I sincerely love Harrods but anything in there costs.

Fortnum & Mason: 

This place is a dream guys! Everything is so elegant, clean and fragrant.

Here you can enter and enjoy an excellent tea, or buy it and drink it at home. There are many varieties of tastes, one that is better than the other.

I bought an excellent tea with cranberries. The best tea ever drunk in my life.

You absolutely must enter it.

Questo posto è da sogno ragazzi! È tutto così elegante,pulito e profumato.

Qui potrete entrare e gustarvi un ottimo the, oppure acquistarlo e berlo comodamente a casa vostra. Vi sono tantissime varietà di gusti, una più buona dell’altra. 

Io ho acquistato un ottimo the ai mirtilli rossi. Il the migliore mai bevuto in vita mia.

Portobello Road Market is perhaps the most famous market in London. It is located in Notting Hill and specializes in antiques.
